How to Return an Item

Initiate Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders" to start your return

  • Click "Return Item" next to the order you want to return
  • Select the reason for return
  • Choose between refund or exchange

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label

  • Print the return label
  • Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  • Attach the label to your package

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any UPS location

  • Find the nearest UPS drop-off location
  • Drop off your package with the return label
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Receive Refund

We'll process your return and issue your refund

  • We'll inspect your return within 2-3 business days
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition

Candles must have at least 50% of the wax remaining and be in the original packaging

Original packaging required

Items must be returned in their original box with all included materials

Return within 30 days

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date

Used or damaged items

Items that have been used beyond normal testing or are damaged by customer

Custom or personalized items

Custom candles and personalized items cannot be returned

Items purchased on sale

Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

Exchange Policy

Scent Exchanges

Exchange any unburned candle for a different scent of equal or greater value

  • Original candle must be unburned
  • New candle must be of equal or greater value
  • Price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

Size Exchanges

Exchange for a different size of the same scent

  • Available for the same fragrance in different sizes
  • Price difference will be calculated and charged/refunded
  • Subject to availability

Defective Items

Immediate exchange for any defective or damaged items

  • No questions asked for defective items
  • Free return shipping provided
  • Expedited replacement shipping

  • Processing time: Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
